Hyprtell Labs, Inc.Revised 24 July 2026

Cookie & Tracking Notice

How Hyprtell uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

This Notice explains how Hyprtell uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on hyprtell.com and the platform. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What We Use Today

  • Firebase Authentication (Google, as our service provider), strictly necessary: keeps you signed in and secures your session.
  • Stripe, strictly necessary (payments): processes subscription checkout on Stripe-hosted pages.
  • Browser localStorage / sessionStorage (first party), strictly necessary: session identifiers, sign-in state, and sandbox trial timers.
  • First-party product analytics (first party), analytics/performance, NOT strictly necessary: usage events (page/section views, clicks) that help us improve the product; the data stays first-party.

First-party product analytics is separated from strictly-necessary technologies because analytics is not "strictly necessary" under ePrivacy/CPRA taxonomy even when first-party. Where consent is required (e.g., future EU expansion), we will gate analytics accordingly.

2. What We Do NOT Use (Today)

We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, third-party analytics SDKs, or session-recording tools, and we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Notice, add a consent banner, and provide opt-out controls before activating such technologies.

3. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings and clear localStorage at any time. Strictly-necessary technologies are required for the Site and platform to function; disabling them may impair sign-in, security, or payment.

4. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Because we do not currently engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no "sale" or "sharing" to opt out of. If we add such processing, we will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where required by law.
