Sandbox & Demo Terms

These Sandbox & Demo Terms ("Sandbox Terms") govern the free demonstration environment (the "Sandbox") offered by Hyprtell Labs, Inc. ("Hyprtell"). By signing in and starting the Sandbox, you agree to these Sandbox Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Sandbox is for business use by individuals aged 18 or older. By starting, you represent you are at least 18.

2. What the Sandbox Is

The Sandbox lets you interact with the platform and HyprAI using purely synthetic, illustrative data, for evaluation and demonstration only. You will not connect, and the Sandbox does not use, your real accounts or business data. Action-execution features are disabled.

3. Information We Collect; Marketing Choices

To grant access we collect the name and work email you provide (for lead generation, usage attribution, and abuse prevention), create an anonymous session, and record usage and security information (including IP address and user-agent), as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing: we may contact you about Hyprtell using the email you provide; you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message, and we comply with CAN-SPAM. Do not enter real personal, confidential, or sensitive information into the Sandbox, including the chat.

4. AI Demonstration Disclaimer

The HyprAI assistant here analyzes fake data and produces outputs for illustration only. Sandbox outputs are not based on your real campaigns and must not be applied to your real advertising, budgets, or decisions; may be inaccurate and are not professional, financial, investment, or marketing advice; and create no reliance interest. Hyprtell assumes zero liability for any decision made or result obtained based on Sandbox outputs.

5. Trial Period & Conversion

Sandbox access is time-limited and may be modified or discontinued at any time. To use the platform with your real data, create a paid account under the Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE SANDBOX IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPRTELL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FROM THE SANDBOX WILL NOT EXCEED US $100, AND HYPRTELL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Acceptable Use; Termination

Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate Sandbox access at any time, including for suspected abuse.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Sandbox Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Consistent with our consumer-facing surfaces, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules; you and Hyprtell waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class or representative action.
