Hyprtell engages the following sub-processors to process Customer Personal Data in providing the platform. This list is incorporated into the Data Processing Addendum.
Infrastructure & Core Platform
- Google LLC / Google Cloud (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager, Cloud Run): infrastructure, data warehouse, object storage, orchestration, secrets/token storage.
- Google (Firebase Authentication): user identity and authentication.
Artificial Intelligence
- Google (Gemini API, paid tier): LLM powering HyprAI chat, insights, and recommendations. Billing is enabled on the platform project; under Google's Gemini API paid-tier data-governance terms, inputs are not used to train Google's models.
Google Meridian (marketing-mix modeling) runs self-hosted within Hyprtell's own Google Cloud environment and is therefore not a separate third-party sub-processor; it is noted here only for transparency.
Business Operations
- Stripe, Inc.: subscription billing and payment processing (billing email, payment status; card data collected directly by Stripe and not stored by Hyprtell).
- HubSpot, Inc.: CRM, lead capture, and commerce/invoicing (user and lead contact data, commerce/invoice data).
Connected Advertising Platforms (Customer-Directed)
These platforms receive and provide data at the customer's direction as independent controllers/recipients under their own terms; they are listed for transparency.
- Google Ads: live (data source and action target).
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram Marketing API): live (data source and action target).
- The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Adobe: not live (connector paths present; no data ingestion).
