Hyprtell Labs, Inc.Revised 1 November 2026

Accessibility Statement

How we build hyprtell.com to work for everyone, and how to reach us when it doesn't.

Hyprtell Labs, Inc. ("Hyprtell") wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.

1. Our Standard

We design and test hyprtell.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.2 AA includes everything in WCAG 2.0 AA and 2.1 AA, the levels referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance, Section 508, and the European standard EN 301 549.

2. What We've Built In

  • Keyboard access: every link, button, menu, and the pricing calculator works without a mouse. A "Skip to content" link comes first, focus is always visible, and Escape closes menus and dialogs.
  • Screen readers: pages use labeled regions (header, main content, footer), a logical heading order, labeled controls, and text descriptions for meaningful images. Purely decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Color contrast: text and buttons meet the WCAG AA contrast minimum of 4.5:1.
  • Motion: our product videos have no sound, and each one has a pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, we turn off parallax, smooth scrolling, and animation.
  • Layout: pages adapt to phone screens and to browser zoom without losing content.

3. How We Test

We last reviewed the website in October 2026 by self-assessment: automated WCAG 2.2 AA testing with axe-core on desktop and mobile layouts, plus manual keyboard testing. We re-test when we make significant changes to the site.

4. Known Limitations

  • This statement covers hyprtell.com. We are reviewing the Hyprtell platform (app.hyprtell.com) against the same standard.
  • Some content comes from third parties we don't control, such as Discord and the Google and Meta sign-in pages used to connect ad accounts.

5. Tell Us What Isn't Working

If something on our site is hard to use with your setup, email reach@hyprtell.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We'll get you the information or feature another way while we fix the problem.
